Built to be carried forward.
Furey Heritage Company grew out of the weekends we were already living—the woods, the water, the fire, the races, the campsites, and the people gathered around them.
What started as a way of putting a name to those things became something bigger: a company built around useful things, lasting traditions, and the idea of leaving something worth passing down.
The name matters.
Furey Heritage Company was never meant to be about one season, one product, or one person. It carries our family name because the goal is to build something with enough care that it can outlast the people who started it.
That means doing things slowly, choosing well, and treating the objects, stories, and traditions around us as part of something larger than a sale.
The hope is simple: build a company our children can grow up around—and, someday, choose to carry forward.
Heritage is something you carry forward.
To us, heritage isn’t about recreating the past or pretending everything was better then. It’s about recognizing what still deserves a place in the future—the habits that keep people close, the objects that get better with use, the stories worth retelling, and the places that deserve our care.
That’s the standard behind Furey Heritage Company: keep what matters, make what lasts, and leave the next generation something useful to inherit.
We’re building it the long way.
There are faster ways to start a company. Fill a catalog. Chase a trend. Put a name on whatever is easiest to make.
That isn’t what we want this to be.
We’d rather take our time, choose carefully, and make fewer things that earn a place in someone’s life.
Furey Heritage Company will grow the way the best traditions do—slowly, through use, repetition, and the people who carry them forward.
Why Hickory.
Hickory has always been a working wood. Strong enough for tool handles. Useful around a fire. At home in the woods. Worn smooth through use rather than made precious by keeping it untouched.
For Furey Heritage Company, that makes it more than a tree. Hickory represents the things we value—strength, usefulness, American heritage, and character earned over time.
It belongs around the smoker and the campfire. Along the water, fallen hickory becomes part of the cover and structure where we fish. In the woods, it is part of the landscape itself.
Hickory is the living embodiment of a hard-earned weekend.
The Marks We Carry.
Each FHC mark carries a different part of the same story. Some speak for the company as a whole. Others belong closer to the field, the water, the fire, and the heritage we’re building along the way.
PRIMARY HERITAGE SEAL
The primary mark of Furey Heritage Company. Built around our name, founding year, and the hickory sprig at the center of the company.
THE MASTER MARK OF FHC.
FIELD HERITAGE SEAL
A mark for FHC in use—the woods, the water, the campsite, the fire, race weekends, and the things that come home carrying a little wear and a little more story.
A MARK FOR THE PLACES WHERE HERITAGE IS STILL BEING MADE.
OUTDOOR LIFE MARK
Built around the outdoor side of FHC—fishing, hunting, camping, woods, water, and fire. A mark for the places where Earned Weekends are lived outside.
AMERICAN HERITAGE SEAL
An expression of the American heritage behind FHC—where things are made, how they’re made, and the belief that useful traditions are worth carrying forward.
Every heritage has a beginning.
Furey Heritage Company began in 2026.
We don’t have generations of company history behind us. We have the chance to build it.
The work starts here—with the weekends we earn, the things we choose to make and keep, as well as the stories our family will someday look back on as part of where it all began.
